Cancellation Policy
Please know that we understand that life is unpredictable:
Please know we will send you a 48 hour and a 24 hour reminder of your reservation through our booking system Vagaro to help you remember the day and time of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please do so before the 24 hour reminder.
Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to my next available time. We may be able to accommodate you by shortening your service time, however you will be charged for your full reservation. This is done in order to avoid inconveniencing our next guests who are booked after you. Please know that we will do our best to run on time for your scheduled reservation, and we thank you for respecting our time as well.

Parking
Hello friends,
As we know, Flagstaff is a beautiful town with a large college, many visitors and a railroad that runs from one side of town to the other. The traffic is unpredictable most times of the year.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment
We have a small parking lot behind the salon which is accessible from the alley off Desiva Ave
We also have additional free parking on the side street "Desilva Ave." just north of the salon.
Extra Guests And Children
Please do not bring any extra guests or children with you unless they also have a reservation as we are limited on the amount of space and seating.
We offer complimentary wifi for your enjoyment. Please bring headphones for private phone calls or to watch videos.
Pets
We love animals! However, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology does not allow any pets to be in the salon besides service dogs with tags and we have to comply with their regulations. Service animals are welcome, although regulations state that the animal must have the service label on and be preforming the service acts while present at the salon.
